Dennis has been working at Hillsboro Ford since before he graduated High School. Working his way through Recon, Parts, and Service! He does a little bit of everything! Many people ask, “What does Dennis really do?” The answer is a little bit of everything. He leads with integrity, hard work, and a kindnessĀ towardsĀ people that many admire. Dennis has always said, “Treat others the way you wish to be treated.” And he has built a dealership that stands on that principle. And the local community loves the dealership just as much as the dealership loves them!

Mark has been here for 14 years, and wants to continue pursuing sales! He treats everyone with exceptional care, and nobody cares moreĀ about his customers than he does. He has customers. He is known for talking with his customers whenever they are in for service! And remembers everyone’s name! He has always said, “I am a farmer, if I treat people right, they come back.” He is just that, he’s truly loved by many customers, and his customers haveĀ become his friends.

Becky is our Finance Director and one of the best in the business. She works hard, but most importantly, she looks out for the customer. Credit questions? She has the answer, Warranty questions? She can help! But beyond the regular finance office duties, she works diligentlyĀ to ensure the best customer service experience for everyone. She is very efficient and doesn’t like customers to feel trapped at the dealership for hours! We have never seen anyone handle paperwork like her! Light Speed! She loves making customers feel that buying a car isn’t a bad thing, but rather a journey we can help them navigate!
