For a mighty pickup that’s sure the make a grand entrance, the Black Ops does not disappoint. Strong and bold aesthetics include the 20″ Stealth Black Tuscany “Black Ops” Wheels, deep tinted windows, and a custom paint job, not to mention the distinguishable Black Ops logo carefully sprinkled inside and out. Speaking of the inside, the Black Ops also lets you ride in luxury thanks to a 24-piece faux carbon-fiber trim, a specialized instrument gauge, and factory leather seats with those “Black Ops” embroidered patches.
Powerful Forces
Based on the F-150’s Lariat trim, the Black Ops offer a few engine options to choose from – all of which are certainly “built Ford tough.” There’s a 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6 as well as a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 that both deliver a mighty 365 horsepower. For even more monster power, go for the 5.0-liter V8 powerplant, which produces a healthy 395hp and 400 pound-feet of torque.
Built for the Mud
For those who frequent the road less traveled, Black Ops is up for the challenge. This special edition Ford F-150 gains a higher stance over the standard Lariat with an additional 6 inches of ground clearance. Heavy-duty shock absorbers, massive 20-inch wheels and impressive 35-inch all-terrain tires are guaranteed to keep you going from the road to the rocks and through the mud.
